Odeha Warren, Esq. serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of The Right Litigation Group, where she provides strategic leadership while continuing to advocate for clients with skill, dedication, and integrity. With more than 17 years of legal experience, Odeha has built a respected practice focused on dispute resolution, family law, and civil litigation. She is known for her ability to approach complex legal challenges with both strategic precision and a deep understanding of the human impact behind every case.
Throughout her career, Odeha has been committed to delivering personalized, results-driven representation. She understands that legal disputes—particularly those involving families—often arise during some of the most stressful and emotionally significant periods in a person’s life. Because of this, she prioritizes clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and compassionate guidance, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed at every stage of the legal process. As CEO and Managing Partner, Odeha also plays a critical role in shaping the firm’s vision, overseeing its operations, and fostering a collaborative team culture that reflects the firm’s commitment to excellence, professionalism, and client-centered service.
Odeha’s academic background reflects her dedication to developing advanced skills in conflict resolution and legal advocacy. She earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law, one of the nation’s leading programs for mediation and conflict management. She also earned her Juris Doctor, graduating Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she distinguished herself through academic excellence and a strong commitment to the legal profession. Her undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Redlands, where she pursued her passion for music.
She is admitted to practice before the State Bar of California as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Through these admissions and her extensive litigation experience, Odeha continues to provide strong and effective advocacy for individuals and families facing complex legal matters.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Odeha places a strong emphasis on family and community. She is the proud mother of four daughters, ranging in age from 19 to 10, and spends much of her free time supporting their many interests and activities. As an enthusiastic softball mom, she can often be found at the ballpark cheering on her 11-year-old daughter, who plays competitively as a pitcher. When they are not at the field, Odeha and her family share a love for the arts and frequently attend theater productions together.
Odeha also maintains a lifelong passion for music. During her time at the University of Redlands, she was a music major and performed both piano and tuba. Music remains an important creative outlet for her today. In addition, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes and cooking with her family—an activity that allows her to unwind and create meaningful moments together at home.
